Simply Check the boxes what all are checked here.
The main one which is not by Default is “IIS Management Console” under Web Management Tools which is under Internet Information Services.
Now Download & Install “Web Platform Installer” from
www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx
Note : I Say to use Web Platform Installer (Web PI) because When you download any thing using it ,Web PI checks for the Dependencies for your download and downloads them along with the one you selected…..that’s why ,using it to download “PHP Manager for IIS”[Which we will do next] helps in downloading ,Installing as well as configuring the Whole thing  at once.
All the thing you have to do is type “PHP Manager” in Search Box of Web PI, find “PHP Manager for IIS” from the Search result’s list ,Add it to the Downloads and begin Download & Install by Pressing Install Key.[Click “I Agree” When asked ….if not I can’t help…]
After Download & Install Process is finished first check that IIS is working fine…. Do it by visiting http://localhost/ from your Web browser…
It Must look like this…
